Returns & Exchanges
It’s rare that you and your child don’t LOVE the toy(s) we’ve shipped you. But we do accept returns. Read our Return & Exchange Policy, below…
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, you may return it within 15 days of the original purchase date for a refund of the original purchase price (less shipping costs). You can also exchange a product within 15 days of purchase.
For both returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the unwanted item. In the case of exchanges only, customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping for the exchanged item.
All shipping costs for the exchanged item must be paid in full before item is shipped out.
Items that have been discounted or on sale do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Returned or exchanged products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good resale condition. If an item and/or its original packaging are damaged, dirty and not in a re-sellable condition as determined by Play and Learn Toys, a refund or exchange will not be issued.
All items returned or exchanged must include: - all original inserts, tags and instructions etc.
- a copy of the original invoice or receipt
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued without a receipt.
Play and Learn toys can refuse to issue a refund or exchange should these conditions not be met.

Please contact us at info@playandlearntoys.ca before returning a product and let us know why you are returning the item or wanting an exchange.
Please ensure that adequate insurance coverage is used when sending back any packages. This protects your shipment in the event that the package is lost or damaged while in transit.
Please make sure that the item is adequately packaged for shipping.
Please ensure that all shipping costs incurred are paid for before sending. Play and Learn Toys will not accept any packages where shipping costs have not been paid or is owed. We will also not accept any returns that have been sent COD (Cash on Delivery).

Once we receive your package and your items being returned meet the above conditions, Play and Learn Toys will refund your payment (less shipping) within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the items being returned.
Orders that have been shipped and were returned to Play and Learn Toys due to incorrect address or for any other reason will be re-shipped at the expense of the customer. Your order may also be subject to a re-stocking fee as determined by Play and Learn Toys.
