Our Shipping/Tax Policies:
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices do not include GST (Goods and Service Tax) and are subject to change without notice. We will ship to all Canadian and US destinations. Please contact us to arrange shipment to an International destination.
GST of 5% will be calculated and charged to all Canadian orders upon checkout. HST will also be applied accordingly, at the rate specified to the applicable Provinces.
US Customers will not be charged Canadian Taxes. However, US customers are responsible for any Taxes, Customs & Duties as applicable in their state.
Billing address can be different from the shipping address and can also be an International address. However, the billing address MUST match the credit card address being used for purchase.
Shipping within Canada and the US must be to a physical address. Box or Bag numbers only will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are based on a flat rate as follows and will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. These shipping rates are applied to orders shipped within Canada ONLY.

If your order does not qualify for FREE shipping, we will let you know and should you wish to continue with your purchase, an invoice for the difference in cost will be emailed to you. All invoices must be paid in full before products are shipped.
Free shipping will only apply to shipments via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service only.

If you would prefer a different method of shipping, please contact our store and we will try our best to accommodate you. We want to work with our customers to provide the best service possible.
Orders will be processed for shipping within 1 business day of receiving an order. Shipping will be based on having verified payment, usually 1-2 business days after receiving your order.
Delivery times are set by Canada Post and are not guaranteed by Play and Learn Toys. Once a delivery method is chosen, an approximate timeframe for delivery will be provided according to the postal code the package is being shipped to. We will work with our customers in every way possible to find the best options that will get them their package on time and at the best possible price.
Residents of Rainbow Lake AB (T0H2Y0) will not be charged shipping and have a choice of FREE Delivery or can personally pick up their orders.
Residents of High Level (T0H1Z0) will have the option of having their order shipped or FREE Delivery within 5-10 business days of their order being processed.
An option for Local Pick-up is also available.
All orders are tracked since the shipping options through Canada Post include Expedited Parcel Service, Express Post and Priority Courier. Once your order has been shipped, an email with your tracking number will be sent to you. You can then visit the Canada Post website at www.canadapost.com to track your order.
Coverage of up to $100 per order is provided. Play and Learn Toys will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products. Additional insurance can be purchased and added to your order. The cost for any additional coverage will be added to the total amount of your order. If additional Insurance is required, please contact Play and Learn Toys so that we can add this service to your order.
Orders will not be shipped COD (Cash on Delivery). Orders that have been shipped and were returned to Play and Learn Toys due to incorrect address or for any other reason will not be re-shipped unless additional shipping charges are collected. Order may also be subject to a restocking fee as determined by Play and Learn Toys.
Returns: If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@playandlearntoys.ca before the item is sent back.
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, you can return it within 21 days of original purchase for a full refund (less shipping costs).
Returned products must be unused and in its original packaging and must be in resale condition. If an item and/or its original packaging are damaged, dirty and not in a resellable condition as determined by Play and Learn Toys, a refund will not be issued.
All items returned must include all original inserts, tags and instructions etc.
All items being returned must include a copy of the original invoice or receipt. Refunds will not be issued without a receipt.
Items on SALE or personal items do not qualify for refunds.
Play and Learn toys can refuse to issue a refund should these conditions not be met.
Process for Returns: Package the item/s being returned. Ensure that the item/s is adequately packaged for shipping. Include a copy of the original invoice / receipt along with item/s to be returned.

Please ensure that all shipping costs incurred are paid for before sending.
Play and Learn Toys will not accept any packages where shipping costs have not been paid or is owed. We will not accept any returns that have been sent COD (Cash on Delivery).
Please ensure that adequate insurance coverage is used when sending back any packages. This is to protect your shipment in the event the package is lost or damaged while in transit.
Please note, shipping costs to return a product will not be refunded by Play and Learn Toys.
Once package is received and items being returned meet the above conditions, Play and Learn Toys will refund your payment (less shipping) within 5 to 10 business days to the original credit card used to purchase the items being returned.
